These sessions are designed to assist handlers in ENSURING their dogs are having FUN with early weave training. Beginners will learn how to train the COMPONENTS involved in successful weaving. We will establish VALUE and SPEED for early skills. Play will be encouraged as a way to keep the FUN in weaving! This is for dogs who are just learning to weave, thinking about learning to weave - OR know how to weave but would benefit from adding some FUN to this obstacle. This workshop will NOT include performing straight up weave poles.

Put a little JOY back in your weave performance as we provide fun activities to help you establish consistency and INDEPENDENCE. We'll guide YOU and your dog to success!

Early weave performers tend to exhibit "occasional" performance under "consistent" circumstances. We can show you how to move towards "CONSISTENT" performance under "DIVERSE" circumstances.

Small SUCCESSFUL drills help to build solid foundational contact criteria. Handlers will learn to understand which embedded skills support LONG TERM CONFIDENT and successful performance. Through the use of guidance based activities, we will help you learn to build and sustain motivation and accuracy for long term POSITIVE performances. This workshop will help your dog and you build confidence and generalization skills.
